Who am I and why should you trust me...

As a woman over 55, I have ridden the diet rollercoaster and battled the middle-age bulge.

I was once overweight, out of shape, and really unhappy about it. After my divorce I decided there was no looking back and I found exercises that worked and a way of eating I loved. I lost 40lbs and knew 100% that I had to become a trainer and coach so that other women could experience the same transformation I had.

I opened a gym for women in their 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s to learn how to eat for sustainable weight loss and how to exercise for that sculpted and toned look. Hundreds of women lost 1,000’s of pounds.

Helping women lose weight and gain confidence is my obsession!

After almost 10 years in the fitness industry, I have now helped hundreds and hundreds of women lose weight and keep it off in my gym and online.
